Indus Recruitment was established in 2004 by Alen Levis and Vicki McKessar. Recognising a need in the market for recruiters to deliver a more specialised recruitment process in the industrial sector, Alen set up a home based business working from his sons bedroom in 2004. Delicvering a great service, sound recruitment methodology at a great price, the business soon grew and expanded over the past several years. So much so that Indus has now expanded into a reputable and large recruiter who now operates from a commercial premises in Grey Lynn.

With over 13 years experience in the industry, Alen & Vicki realised that employers were not so concerned with the size of our recruitment agency. Clients were more focused on if we could provide good people at a competitive price. Which we have been doing since we started. Our growth has been phenomenal and we look forward to seeing the business grow to be a real competitive player in the industrial market place.
