From a survey of employers, reliability was listed as the No. 1 attribute an employee must have, over and above skills, experience and attitude as a desired employee attribute. Hence we designed "Reliability Interview".

Reliability Interview is an interview technique designed specifically for assessing applicants attendance and reliability in their past jobs.

From years of observations, Indus has characterised a set of traits and behaviours exhibited in the interview which allows our consolutants to determine an applicants likelihood of reliability at work.
